Artichoke

SKU G009

My favourite stitches are cable knitting and moss stitch, so I combined both in this design. Knitted with Jamieson’s of Shetland Spindrift in the colour Aubretia, it was inspired by the beautiful artichoke flower growing in my garden. The result is a subtle yet practical everyday glove that’s a pleasure to knit, stitch by stitch.

Construction

The gloves are worked from the bottom up. The back of the hand features a 6-stitch cable combined with moss stitch. The palm side is worked in stockinette stitch.

Included in the pattern

This is a PDF knitting pattern that includes both written instructions and charts for your convenience.
